My Credit Card Was Closed - Cannot Reopen or Close Account Online
My CepteTeb credit card has been closed for about a month, and when I called the bank to have it reopened, customer service said they couldn’t see the card’s status and couldn’t take any action. I’m also unable to perform any operations through the app. I was told that for actions like reopening the card or closing the account, I must visit a branch in person. While account opening can now be done entirely online, being forced to go to a branch for every other process causes significant inconvenience. When I wanted to close my account, I was again directed to a branch and couldn’t complete any of my transactions remotely. I constantly face similar issues and can no longer find a solution. I request that all my information be deleted from the system and that all account and card-related transactions be made easily accessible and manageable online.
