TEB Canceled My Pre-Approved Credit Card Without Informing Me

While applying for a loan through the CepteTeb mobile app, I was offered a pre-approved credit card. I accepted the offer, but later I was informed that the card was on hold due to the limits of my other bank credit cards and would only be issued once those limits were updated. When I called the bank to inquire about the situation, I was assured that the credit card would be approved without being affected by these limits, and the process was initiated. However, after this process, I learned that the already-approved credit card had been canceled without any notification to me. Later, when I filed a complaint regarding this issue, I noticed that the informational message about my complaint was sent to my friend who was sitting next to me. Upon calling customer service, I discovered that my friend's number was somehow registered as the contact number. This is the most absurd situation I’ve ever encountered. My friend does not have any accounts with TEB. Please take immediate action to resolve this matter. I kindly request your assistance.
