TEB Charged Me a Card Fee Without Notice After Salary Stop
TEB Bank issues a credit card when you are a salaried customer, but as soon as you stop receiving your salary through them, they charge an annual fee without any notice. When I requested a refund, they demanded that I guarantee not to close the card for another year. Then, once that year is up, they’ll charge the fee again. They make credit cards feel like a necessity and then forcibly take people’s money. I’ve clearly stated that I want a refund and wish to cancel the card, but they refuse to accept my request. I expect a proper response to my demand.
