CepteTeb App Not Allowing Account Closure And Forcing Branch Visit

I submitted a request through the mobile app to close my CepteTeb account. However, the system directs me to a branch, and I’m unable to complete the process through the app. When I contacted customer service, I was also told that I needed to visit a branch. Even though I have no active products or balance in my account, I am experiencing inconvenience because the process cannot be completed through the app. I request that this issue be resolved and that my account be closed through the application.
