I just found out that my Garanti credit card ending in 7014 has been charged with an unexpected ₺776.00 annual membership fee for March 2024. It's quite a hefty amount! I kindly request a full refund of this amount. Furthermore, I strongly request that the bank waives all charges for annual fees as per the legal provisions mentioned below, without any further requirements.

As per the relevant consumer laws, financial institutions that issue credit cards are required to provide consumers with a credit card option that does not include any annual membership fee or similar charges. Thus, I decline to make payment for a service that is unjustly imposed by your bank.
