My KMH Account and Credit Card Blocked Suddenly
TEB Bank blocked my KMH account and TEB credit card without informing me, even though there is no delay on my part. I spoke to five different customer representatives, and each gave me a different explanation—none of them could clearly identify the reason for the issue. They initially told me to pay the interest, which I did, but now they're saying I need to visit the bank with an income document. I don't understand why an income document is needed when my salary is already deposited into a TEB account. I kindly ask for your support regarding this matter.
