TEB FAST Transfer Blocked With Security Error - Not Allowing Money Out
I have not been able to make a FAST transfer through my TEB bank account for about 20 minutes today. During the process, I receive a warning on the screen saying, “We cannot complete your transaction for security reasons.” This issue started today and is still ongoing. When I called customer service, I was told it was a system-related problem. However, at the same time, I was able to pay my credit card debt without any issues. For this reason, I believe the problem is being intentionally triggered to prevent money from leaving my account. I request that the transaction be restored immediately and that this situation does not happen again.
