TCL 30se Smartphone Unresolved Issues

I bought a TCL 30se smartphone in February 2023. Like everyone else, I wanted to protect it right away with a case and a tempered glass screen protector. But after I put the screen protector on, I noticed that some of the touchscreen menus didn't work right. I told the store where I bought the phone about the problem, and they sent it to KVK's service center in Ankara. They said they fixed the phone's software and sent it back, but the problem still happened. I called TCL's customer service and asked them to send the phone to KVK in Istanbul. Even they couldn't fix it, which was a shame. I went to the Consumer Arbitration Board in Sakarya to find a solution. An expert there found that the phone's case was crooked, which could have caused the touchscreen to stop working. But I've never dropped or bent the phone, and I keep it safe in my bag instead of my pocket. Even though I complained and was unhappy a lot, TCL never bothered to answer. I want a new phone to replace this one that doesn't work.
