Tatilox Withheld Refund After Failed New Year’s Eve Hotel Stay
Hello, we purchased a prepaid New Year’s Eve package with accommodation included through Tatilox. However, at the property, there was no hot water and the air conditioning was not working, even though we paid specifically for a room with a fireplace. We left the property without receiving any service at all, and our New Year’s Eve was completely ruined.
Adamkayalar Holiday Hotel did not refund the full amount, and Tatilox has not refunded our prepaid payment either. We are victims of this situation.
