Tatilox Hotel Booking Ended With Power Failure and Missing Refund
We made a room reservation at 33 Bungalows Mersin for check-in on October 11 and check-out on October 12. We completed the reservation through the Tatilox website and paid a total of $508, with part of the payment made by credit card and the remainder by bank transfer. During our stay, the electricity went out at night, and we were left in the cold for approximately 1.5 hours. The hotel staff told us that there was no technical team available and that no other rooms were vacant, so we were forced to leave the hotel in the middle of the night.
We spoke with the hotel owner, Mr. E**, who told us that a refund would be issued the following day**. However, one week has passed, and no refund has been made. Since then, we have been met with constant excuses to avoid issuing the refund, and most recently, our phone numbers were blocked, leaving us unable to reach anyone at all.
I am requesting that our grievance be resolved and that the full amount of $508 we paid be refunded as soon as possible.
