We paid for a two-night stay at the bungalows with code 3106 located in Hayat/Samandağ, booked through Tatilox. We checked in on the evening of January 29, 2025. The hotel was cold, the service was nonexistent, and the staff did not provide any information at all. Not even drinking water was left in the room. There was also no hot water in the bathroom.
Even though our reservation and payment were valid for that day, we were forced to leave the hotel and forfeit the payment due to these conditions.
