Tatilox Ruined Our Motorhome Vacation and Ignored the Issue

During the recent holiday, the motorhome we rented through Tatilox completely ruined our vacation due to multiple problems, missing items, and mechanical failures. Tatilox did not take any action to address the situation. When we filed a complaint on Şikayetvar, they tried to offer a free vacation instead.

We then applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and we won the case. A decision was issued stating that Tatilox must refund the money we paid. However, during our conversations with Tatilox representatives, they claimed they would issue the refund but then started delaying again, just as they did at the beginning.

Before proceeding with legal enforcement, I am posting this complaint here one last time as a formal warning.
