Tashanwin Withdrawal Stuck Processing - Extra Charges Demanded

I have been using the Tashanwin platform and I recently won an amount of ₹50,000, which I requested to withdraw to my bank account on 25-04-2026 with order ID W2026042517770906664821. However, my withdrawal has been shown as “processing” for 5 days and I still have not received the money. When I contacted the Tashanwin agent about this delay, I was first told that I had to pay ₹1,260, which I paid. After that, instead of processing my ₹50,000 withdrawal, the agent informed me that I now had to pay an additional ₹4,500 as GST. I do not find this acceptable, as I already played and won the amount fairly, and I have already made one extra payment as demanded. I request that my full winning amount of ₹50,000 be paid to me immediately to my bank account without any further extra charges, and that any unjust extra amounts I have already paid to the agent be refunded to me. I also urgently ask that my payment be processed as soon as possible without any further delays and that a clear explanation be provided for why these extra payments were demanded despite my withdrawal being in process. I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that my ₹50,000 winnings be credited to my bank account without any further excuses or charges.
