Tashan Win Wallet Withdrawals Rejected and Balance Stuck

I have been facing continuous problems with withdrawals from my Tashan Win wallet balance linked to my user ID 889***. On 16th and again today, I requested multiple withdrawals with amounts such as 10,000, 5,000, 3,500 and other sums from my wallet. Each time, the withdrawal status remains pending for a while and then gets rejected, without any clear reason being shown. Despite these repeated failed attempts, I have not received any proper response from Tashan Win. My money is still stuck in my wallet, and I am unable to transfer it to my bank account even though these are my legitimate winnings/balance. I request that all my pending and previously rejected withdrawal requests from my Tashan Win wallet be immediately processed and credited to my bank account without further delay, or that I am given a clear explanation and a prompt, workable solution so that I can securely receive my full amount.
