Unauthorized Charge on Tango – Requesting Refund for Accidental Purchase
I recently discovered that my nephew made an unauthorized purchase on Tango without my knowledge. I did not approve this transaction, and I am now requesting an immediate refund for the amount charged.
I have already filed a dispute with my bank, but I am reaching out to Tango to resolve this issue quickly. I cannot afford to pay for this unauthorized charge, and I expect prompt action to process my refund.
