TangoMe Identity Verification Not Working
I am writing to file a complaint and request that TangoMe finally allow me to verify my identity on the iOS and web versions of the service. I have been trying to complete identity verification since around mid‑September 2025, and despite my repeated attempts I still cannot access this basic feature that, in my view, should be a minimum right for any user. When I try to verify my identity, the system redirects me to a so‑called customer service center that in practice does not exist, where a bot always replies with the same generic messages and does not solve anything. Then I am sent to another page that simply marks my verification as incorrect, without any explanation and without giving me the chance to try again. To resolve this, I sent emails to support attaching evidence and screenshots of my identity verification attempts. Despite all this time and the documentation I provided, I have never received any reply from TangoMe support, not even an automatic response. I find it unacceptable that such an essential process is blocked and ignored for months. My clear and only request is that TangoMe immediately enable my identity verification, allowing me to complete it properly and exercise this minimum user right without further obstacles or silence from support.
I am facing the same issue during the identity verification process, and I have not received any solution; the situation remains unchanged.
