I Am Unable to Verify My Tango Account Using My Aadhaar ID
I have been trying to verify my Tango account on my Android phone since 27 January 2026 using my Aadhaar national ID card, but the system keeps rejecting my verification with a message stating that my information does not match. I am entering my details correctly and using a valid Aadhaar card, yet the verification process cannot be completed and I am unable to fully use my account. My Tango account is registered with the email address manishsing***@gmail.com. In addition to this verification issue, I have not been able to receive any effective support from Tango, as there has been no clear or helpful response through email or chat, and I cannot reach customer service to understand what information is supposedly incorrect or how I can fix it. This problem has been ongoing for several days and continues to restrict my account access. I request that my account and Aadhaar ID be manually reviewed, that I be clearly informed about the exact reason for the mismatch, and that my account verification be completed as soon as possible so I can use Tango without any limitations.




Pls was the verification resolved and if yes, how did you go about it ? I am stuck with same issue and the support team is not responding for over a week now
