Tango Disabled My Account and Refuses to Review Verification

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with Tango’s account verification process, which resulted in my account being suspended. On 16/03/2026, my ID was rejected during verification, and immediately after that, my Tango account was suspended without a clear explanation. My Tango account is registered with the email address galaxyfur***@gmail.com. After the suspension, I contacted Tango customer support to resolve the issue and regain access to my account. However, instead of helping me or reviewing the verification, they simply told me to contact the company I am verifying for, and my problem with Tango remains unresolved. I kindly request that my account linked to the email address galaxyfur***@gmail.com be reviewed again and reactivated as soon as possible. I would also like to be informed clearly why my ID was rejected and my account suspended, so that I can correct any possible issue if needed.
