Tango Withdrawal Completed but $25 Not in My Bank Account
Last night, I withdrew the $25 I earned from the Tango app to my İdea Bank account through Tipalti. The transaction shows as “completed” on both Tango and Tipalti. I also received a message from Tango stating that the money was transferred to my wallet. However, the funds have not been deposited into my bank account.
I have successfully received payments many times before using the same method and the same bank. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I have screenshots, messages, and transaction details related to this withdrawal and can provide them if needed.
I am requesting that this issue be resolved urgently, that the $25 payment be deposited into my İdea Bank account as soon as possible, and that I be given a clear explanation of what happened during this process.
