Airvalex Marks €24 Withdrawal Successful but Funds Never Arrive
Yesterday, I made a €24 withdrawal through the Tango app using Airvalex. A short while ago, I received a notification saying the transaction was successful and that the money should have been deposited into my IBAN, but no funds have reached my bank account.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted Tango support, and they told me that I need to get in touch with Airvalex. Despite this, the money has still not been deposited into my account, and I am now left in a difficult situation.
I am requesting that Airvalex urgently investigate this transaction, deposit my €24 into my bank account without delay, and provide a clear explanation regarding the process and the reason for this delay.
