Tango Did Not Send My Withdrawal - Support Ignores My Messages


Hello, my $75 withdrawal was marked as approved and sent through my visa card but the money never reached my bank account. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no such transfer was received. The transaction was made on March 14 at 19.02. yet I am still waiting. I have been trying to contact Tango customer support for days, but I haven’t received any response. I have sent multiple messages, but it seems like support is ignoring my issue. Tango, please investigate this immediately! If the withdrawal was processed, then where is my money?
