Tango Customer Service Won't Respond About Blocked Account
My account on the Tango app was blocked on November 29 without any reason given, and I haven't been able to withdraw my money since that day. When I log into the mobile app, I see that my account is blocked, and even though I have a balance of $8 inside, I cannot access this amount.
No information was provided to me about why the block was placed, and I cannot reach customer service in any way. Even when I try to get support through the app, I can't find anyone to address my issue.
From Tango, I request that the block placed on my account be immediately removed and that my access to my $8 balance be restored.
