Tango App Withholds $159 Coin Redemption Payout via Payoneer

On September 6, 2026, I redeemed my coins on the Tango app and requested a transfer to my bank account. On the app, the transaction shows as completed for $159 via Payoneer, but the amount equivalent to around $159 has still not credited to my bank account.

When I wrote to support regarding this issue, I was informed that the funds would be deposited into my account within 5 business days. However, even though more than 5 business days have passed, there has been no activity in my bank account, nor has Tango provided any additional updates.

I am suffering hardship because my funds have been left in limbo for so long and no resolution has been offered despite the given timeframe having expired. I demand that the relevant payment be immediately credited to my bank account and that a clear explanation be provided regarding why the process was delayed.
