On December 24 at 10:40 PM, I made a $37 withdrawal from the Tango app via PayPal / Tıppaltı to my ING bank account. Although the amount was deducted from my account after the transaction, the money never reached my ING bank account.
Despite waiting for support from both Tango and Tıppaltı regarding this issue, I have not received any response, and no solution has been provided so far. I cannot see my money, and I also cannot get any clear information about the process.
I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately and that the full $37 be deposited into my ING bank account without any deductions.
