All of the accounts I created on the Tango app were suddenly suspended about four days ago without any warning or explanation. I am currently unable to use my phone number in the system, which means I cannot create a new account or access my existing accounts.
I have not received any notification explaining the reason for the suspension, and I do not see any clear information within the app. I am not aware of violating any rules, so I do not understand why all of my accounts were closed.
I request that Tango reactivate all of my accounts and clearly inform me of the specific reason for the suspension.
