Problems With Identity Verification Approval And Cash Out On Tango

I am writing about an ongoing problem with my Tango Live account regarding identity verification and cash out of my earnings, which has been continuing since around 31 May 2026. I currently use a Redmi Note 13 Pro, and previously I was using a Poco X5 Pro 5G that was also linked to my Tango account. When I try to complete the verification process, the system shows an error saying that my identity could not be verified and the verification fails. Because of this, I am unable to cash out my earnings via PayPal and Visa, and my balance remains blocked. To resolve this, I have sent multiple emails to [email protected], contacted in‑app chat support (which appears to be only AI with no real solution), submitted requests through the official Tango website, and written multiple reviews to get attention to my issue. Despite all these attempts, I have not received any effective help or clear explanation, and my account is still unverified and my earnings are still not available to withdraw. I request that my Tango Live account be properly reviewed by a real support agent, my identity verification be approved, and all my pending earnings be released so I can cash out via my selected methods. I also ask for a clear explanation of what caused this repeated verification failure so that it does not happen again in the future.
