FamRadar Subscription Won't Cancel – Request Cancellation and Refund
I have been using a monthly FamRadar subscription that I purchased directly from the FamRadar website, and I would like to cancel it but have not been able to do so. The subscription started on 24 May and since then I have been charged a total of 60 euros. When I tried to cancel my subscription through the FamRadar website, the cancel button did not work and the process could not be completed, so despite my attempt to cancel, the subscription has remained active and the charges have continued. I even received a bank alert stating that a FamRadar payment could not be completed due to insufficient funds, which shows that new charges are still being attempted. Because of this technical problem on the FamRadar website, my request to cancel has effectively been ignored and I have been charged against my will. I request that my FamRadar subscription be cancelled immediately, that I receive a full refund of the 60 euro that has been charged so far, and that FamRadar provide written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken from my account.
