WePlay SMS Verification Failed – Request Phone Number Update



I am writing regarding a serious access problem with my WePlay account. When I try to log in, the application asks me to complete “Safety Verification” by entering an SMS code that is sent to my registered phone number. However, the SIM card linked to that number has expired, so I can no longer receive any SMS codes and I am completely unable to verify my account. Because of this expired SIM, I have been locked out of my WePlay account and cannot complete the “SMS Code” verification step. I tried to reach WePlay support about this situation, but I have not received any helpful result and my problem is still continuing. I kindly request that you help me recover access to my account and update the phone number registered to my WePlay account to my new Indian number, after any necessary identity or security verification. I want to keep using my WePlay account securely, and I need your support to change the phone number and remove this login blockage as soon as possible.
