I Need Tango to Fix My Identity Verification Failure

-I am having a problem verifying my account on the Tango app. Since 22 May 2026, every time I try to complete verification, I receive the message “Sorry, we couldn't verify your identity,” and I cannot access my account properly. I am trying to verify my account from Palestine. I contacted Tango support by sending them a message about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is very disappointing because I am blocked at the verification stage, and there is no explanation or guidance from your side. I kindly request that my account be verified manually and my access be activated, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of why my identity cannot be verified and what I should do to resolve it.
