Tango Identity Verification and Withdrawal Issues

I’m having trouble verifying my identity in Tango. An error is displayed. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue. I’m unable to withdraw as well; it keeps showing an error. I'm feeling quite lost and unsure about the next steps to take. It’s completely ineffective. When I tried to withdraw my money, they said, "Sorry, we could not verify your identity." I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thanks a lot!

I have a problem. I am a broadcaster, and when I redeemed before, I had the verification option which I kept skipping. But now my cashout is not happening. Please help me by highlighting the re-verification option so I can verify and redeem mine. Tango says that they are sorry but they cannot verify my identity.
