Tango Account Verification Issue

I am writing regarding my PayPal personal account registered in Kenya, which is linked to my Tango account under the email address kheedh***@gmail.com. Since 20 March 2026, I have been unable to withdraw my money because I am repeatedly informed that my Tango account has not yet been verified. On 20 March 2026, I completed all the requested verification steps for my Tango account and submitted the necessary documents. Despite this, my account is still shown as unverified for withdrawal purposes. It has now been about two weeks, and I have not received any response or update from Tango customer service about the status of my verification or when it will be completed. During this time, my funds have effectively been blocked, and I cannot access my own money. I request the urgent completion of my Tango account verification so that my PayPal withdrawal can be processed without further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of why the verification has taken this long and for my account status to be updated as soon as possible so I can access my funds.
