Taco John’s Rapid City Tacos Underfilled and Poor Quality
On September 22, 2026 at about 4:04 p.m., I visited the Taco John’s on Campbell Street in Rapid City, SD and was extremely disappointed with the food I received. The tacos I was served were so lightly filled that they were not even half the thickness of my pinky. The filling barely covered the bottom curve of the shell, I could hardly see any cheese, and there were maybe ten small strands of lettuce on each taco. For the amount I paid, what I received was not worth even half the price. I took photos that clearly show how little product was actually in the tacos. I have been a regular customer who spends around $50 a week at this location, but if this is the quality that is now being offered, you have lost me as a customer. I am also prepared to share these photos publicly because I feel this experience was unacceptable. I request that this issue be taken seriously, that the quality and portioning at this branch be addressed, and that I be compensated appropriately for this unsatisfactory order.
