I am writing to report an issue with a pending withdrawal from my Sweet Bonanza account to my Opay online banking account. Today in the morning, I requested a withdrawal of ₦4,500 from Sweet Bonanza to be credited to my Opay account, but up to now the transaction is still pending and the money has not reflected in my Opay app. The withdrawal was meant to be credited to my Opay account that is registered with the phone number +2347049539***. There is no clear transaction reference visible to me, and I have not been able to contact Sweet Bonanza because I do not have their phone line or any direct support contact. As a result, my money is stuck in pending status and I cannot access it either on Sweet Bonanza or Opay. I request that this withdrawal be immediately processed and credited to my Opay account without any further delay. If this is not possible, I expect a clear explanation of the issue and an urgent resolution so that my funds are no longer held in pending status.
