Sweet Bonanza Deposits Missing – Funds Not Credited to Balance

I am experiencing serious issues with my Sweet Bonanza account. Initially, I deposited 100 TL, which appeared in my balance but was lost during gameplay. However, subsequent deposits of 100 TL each, made at different times, never reflected in my account.
Despite providing proof of payment and contacting live support, I keep hearing that they will "look into it and get back to me," but no resolution has been provided. The receipts are in my possession, yet the casino claims, via email, that "no such deposit has been made." Additionally, they keep giving different IBANs for deposits, which is highly suspicious.
I demand immediate action to locate and credit my missing funds. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Please resolve this matter promptly.
