On 11/09/2025 at around 11:50 PM, I deposited $324 and played the Sweet Bonanza game on the Holigan site from Bursa. I won $700 and requested a withdrawal through my bank as I normally do. However, my withdrawal was canceled. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the issue came from the bank, even though I have made withdrawals the same way many times before without any problems.
After my withdrawal was canceled, someone accessed my account without my permission, used my winnings to play games, and lost the entire balance. During this process, I did not receive any warning, SMS, or notification, and I definitely did not authorize or perform these actions. I believe there was external interference with my account. In my game history, I can see a game I have never played before, which clearly indicates unauthorized activity and has caused me significant harm.
When I contacted customer service, they asked me to change my password and suspended my account. I can currently log in, but I am unable to perform any transactions.
