I Got Kicked Out of Sweet Bonanza 1000 Mid-Game and Lost My Balance

I’m extremely disappointed with what happened while I was playing the Sweet Bonanza 1000 game. I had built my balance up to ₺7,416 when, all of a sudden, the system logged me out. I didn’t touch anything—no error message, no warning, nothing. The game froze, the system forcibly logged me out, and after what looked like an automatic update or reset, all my balance was gone. Everything I had earned just disappeared during that session.

What’s worse, I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, and no one has responded. I keep sending messages and requests, but they are being ignored completely. This isn’t just about the money; it’s about fairness and accountability. If the system kicks a user out during a game and causes financial loss, there should be a mechanism to reverse or at least investigate it.

I demand that the amount I lost due to this technical failure be refunded immediately. I expect someone from the relevant department to get in touch and take this issue seriously. Players should not be penalized for platform malfunctions, especially when real money is on the line.
