My Swatch Watch Suffered Water Ingress and Strap Breakage Three Times

I purchased a wrist watch with my pension about six months ago from the Swatch store in Forum Bornova. The watch's strap broke on the very first day, causing the watch to fall inside my house and run slow. I brought it to the store, it was sent in for warranty service, and they provided me with a brand-new watch of the same model.

This time, within just a few weeks, the watch started letting in a significant amount of water; the inside of the glass fogged up so heavily that I could no longer read the time. Once again, I brought it to the Swatch store in Forum Bornova to send it under warranty, and I received the same model as a replacement once more. My service processes were carried out through the Forum Bornova Shopping Mall Service Center.

When I woke up this morning, I could not find the watch on my wrist. The strap had broken yet again, and I do not even know where the watch fell off. Despite experiencing strap breakage, running slow, and water ingress issues with the exact same watch model within a short period, when I visited the Forum Bornova branch again today, I was met with the response: "You don't have the watch with you, we can't do anything."

I was forced to use this watch—purchased with my pension—through three consecutive defective experiences, and ultimately lost the watch completely due to the recurring strap defect. I firmly believe the product suffers from clear manufacturing and quality defects. I demand that the grievance I experienced throughout the store and service process be resolved, and that I be provided with a brand-new, defect-free Swatch watch of equal value.
