Shein Order Stuck At Airport - Not Delivered To My Address

I placed an order from Shein on 9 January consisting of two dresses and two necklaces, to be delivered to Denizli, Türkiye. The order number is GSO1TJ394001P1J. However, my order has still not been delivered. According to the tracking information, the shipment has been showing as “arrival at airport” since 14 January and there has been no further update. When I contacted support, I was told that updates could be delayed, but it has now been about 15 days with no change in the tracking status and my package has still not reached me. I request that my order be delivered to me as soon as possible without any further delay, or, if this is not possible, that a full refund be issued for the two dresses and two necklaces in this order.
