Unable To Receive My Surveylama Cashout

I have been using Surveylama.com and requested a cashout of £21 on 2 October 2026. Although I received an email confirming that my payment request would be processed, the money has still not been paid to me after more than two weeks of waiting. During this time I have tried to reach Surveylama.com support, but I have not received any response to my messages. I find it unacceptable that a confirmed payment request is left unpaid for this long without any explanation or information. I request that my £21 cashout be paid to me immediately and that I be informed about the reason for this delay so that this does not happen again in the future.
