Surveylama PayPal Withdrawal Still Unpaid After 37 Days

I am a user of Surveylama.com with the email address solom***ichael4**@gmail.com. On 11 July, I requested a withdrawal of £22 via PayPal from my Surveylama account. Despite 37 days having passed since the withdrawal request, the payment has still not been made to my PayPal account. The amount remains unpaid and the status has not changed. I have contacted Surveylama support about this issue, but they have neither replied to my messages nor released my payment. This lack of communication and delay is very disappointing. I request that my £22 withdrawal be processed immediately and paid to my PayPal account without any further delay, and that I receive a clear explanation for this long processing time and lack of response from support.
