Complaint Of Pending Payment From SurveyLama

I am writing regarding a pending survey earnings withdrawal on Surveylama that has still not been paid. On 14/08/2026 I requested a PayPal withdrawal of my survey earnings in the amount of 20.47 GBP. In the “My payments” section of my Surveylama account, this payment is still shown as pending and has not been processed or credited to my PayPal account as of today. I kindly request that my withdrawal request be urgently reviewed, the payment be processed and paid to my PayPal account without any further delay, and that I be informed of the reason for this long processing time.
