SurveyLama Withdrawal Pending Since August 13th

On 13 August 2026 I requested a PayPal withdrawal of £20.02 from my SurveyLama account. Normally, my withdrawals are credited within a maximum of five days, but this payment has still not been made despite this period having passed. I contacted SurveyLama support regarding this unpaid withdrawal, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of payment and communication is causing me serious frustration and makes me doubt the reliability of the platform. I kindly request that my £20.02 PayPal withdrawal dated 13 August 2026 be paid immediately and that I am informed about the reason for this delay.
