I registered for a membership on the Surveyoo survey platform on January 18, 2026. Since January 28, 2026, I have been trying to find a way to delete my account, but have not been able to do so. On the website, there is no visible option or button to cancel or delete my account, and there is also no help desk email or clear contact point provided. Because of this, I am effectively stuck with an account that I no longer want and cannot manage or remove. I have not made any payments to Surveoo, but I am concerned about my personal data remaining in a system that I cannot control. I request the immediate deletion of my Surveoo account and all associated personal information, and I would like written confirmation once this has been fully completed. I expect this process to be handled as quickly as possible.
