Surveoo Stole My ₺16, I Can't Cash Out My ₺451

I've been a loyal member of this survey site since March 27th, living here in Türkiye, believing it was a trustworthy platform. Their terms explicitly stated I could withdraw funds once I reached ₺450, with payout options including PayPal, Amazon Gift Card, and Bank Transfer. Given PayPal isn't even usable in Türkiye, I planned to use a bank transfer.

Well, I finally hit that ₺450 cash-out limit, and what happened? The only option presented was PayPal! I immediately messaged them, explaining the situation and asking for help since PayPal isn't an option for me. The next day, I checked my balance, and it had mysteriously dropped from ₺455 to ₺439! They just stole ₺16 from me!

I painstakingly worked to get my balance back up, and it's now at ₺451. I tried to request a payout again, and guess what? Still only PayPal! This isn't a huge amount of money to some, but I've poured months of my time and effort into reaching this limit, like digging a well with a needle. There's no one to talk to, no customer service, nothing! Surveoo is actively stealing my earnings and refusing to provide a legitimate payout method.

Surveoo, you are directly infringing on my rights! I demand that my earned money be returned to me immediately. If anyone out there reads this, please, help me! This is an absolute outrage, and I expect swift action.
