Surveoo Payment Still Pending

I requested a withdrawal from Surveoo to my card with the standard method, and the payment has been stuck in “pending” status. The transaction is dated 15/09/2026 and the amount is 91.594 AED, shown as coming from surveys. I contacted support and was told to wait 7 days, but despite this, the payment is still pending and has not been completed to my card. I request that this withdrawal of 91.594 AED be paid to my card immediately and that the delay be clearly explained.
