Sürat Kargo Returned My Package Before the 3 Business Day Pickup Window Ended
My package with tracking number 06196119661001 was attempted to be left at my door by the courier on March 28, 2025, as I was not at home. However, since it was not secure, I requested that it be taken to the branch for me to pick up. March 29 was a half-day public holiday, and March 30-31 and April 1 were public holidays. Therefore, I went to the branch to collect my package on April 2. Despite the fact that three business days had not yet passed (not even a full business day had passed), they claimed that it was my fault for not picking up the package and that they had already returned it. I reminded them that three business days had not yet been completed and pointed out the public holidays. However, they responded with an unreasonable suggestion, saying, "We can't do anything; the system automatically returns it this way. You need to reorder and purchase it again." Reordering an item that is no longer available for sale is not even possible. Since I do not believe that Sürat Kargo's systems would make such a simple mistake, I suspect that this was done deliberately. I kindly request an investigation into this matter.
