Sürat Kargo Marked My N11 Order as Delivered but Never Brought My Package

The product I ordered from N11 on March 5, 2025, was marked as delivered by Sürat Kargo, even though it was never delivered to me. When I contacted Sürat Kargo representatives, they admitted, "Yes, we did not deliver it, but it was marked as delivered, and we cannot find your package." This clearly shows a serious lack of accountability and control within their delivery system. I was never contacted in any way, and the package was marked as delivered without asking for the delivery code. Despite multiple follow-ups, neither Sürat Kargo nor N11 has provided a proper resolution.
