Sürat Kargo Lost Our Shipment

Approximately two months ago, a shipment entrusted to Sürat Kargo was lost. This unfortunate incident has been followed by a series of delays, bureaucratic hurdles, and a lack of cooperation from the company. Upon realizing the package was missing, we immediately contacted Sürat Kargo to initiate a refund claim. The process was met with numerous obstacles and delays. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including a signed reimbursement form and an updated invoice, the company refused to proceed with the claim. Meanwhile, the lost package was reportedly located at a destination branch. However, attempts to retrieve it were met with further delays and excuses. Staff members repeatedly assured us of imminent delivery, only to fail to follow through. After a week of unfulfilled promises, the package was inexplicably shipped back to Istanbul, the original sender's city. Sürat Kargo then proceeded to demand payment for the return shipping costs, despite the fact that the delay and loss were entirely their fault. Throughout this ordeal, we have been forced to repeatedly explain the situation to different representatives, each of whom seems unfamiliar with the case history. This inefficient and unresponsive system has been a source of immense frustration. It is worth noting that our local Sürat Kargo branch has been cooperative and understanding throughout the process. However, their efforts have been hampered by the company's flawed overall system. In conclusion, our experience with Sürat Kargo has been nothing short of disappointing. The company's lack of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness has caused unnecessary stress and financial burden. We strongly urge Sürat Kargo to address the systemic issues that have led to such a negative customer experience.
