My Package Has Been Waiting at the Transfer Center for 4 Days

On September 5, I received information from Sürat Kargo that my package with tracking number 10122721411817, collected from the customer, was at the transfer center. Since then, for 4 days, there has been no further movement. When I called the Güngören Branch, I was told I would need to wait 1 week before a lost package process could be initiated. My shipment contains an order worth a total of ₺290, including ₺190 in products and a ₺100 shipping fee. I have never experienced such a problem with any other cargo company before. I request that my package be located and delivered to me as soon as possible and that my financial loss be compensated.
