The shipment I handed over to Sürat Kargo on May 30 is still sitting at the branch where it was dropped off. It has been reported as lost. I’ve been waiting since May 30, and I’m struggling to understand how your employees can be so careless. I’ve called customer service three times, and they keep repeating the same things without offering any solution. The value or urgency of the item in my package—a pair of shoes—is not the issue; but if this is how you treat something as simple as a pair of shoes, I can’t imagine how you handle truly important deliveries. If I don’t receive a response by the end of today, I will pursue all available legal avenues.
